3	tablespoons	flour
2	tablespoons	white sugar
1 1/2	teaspoon	cocoa powder
1/8	teaspoon	baking soda
1/8	teaspoon	salt
2	tablespoons	water
1	tablespoon	vegetable oil
1/8	teaspoon	vanilla extract
2	wafers	oreos
4	tablespoons	cream cheese
2	tablespoons	butter
3/4	cup, unsifted	icing sugar
3	wafers	oreos

1	Cake 1. Preheat oven to 165 degrees Celsius.
2	Place 2 patty cases into a cupcake tray
3	Place one Oreo into the patty cases
4	Whisk all the dry ingredients together in a small bowl
5	In a second small bowl or spouted measuring cup, combine the wet ingredients.
6	Add the dry to the wet and stir till combined, whisking well.
7	Divide batter between two cupcake liners and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
8	Bake for 18 minutes or until a tester comes out clean. Allow to the cupcakes cool for 10 minutes.
9	With a knife, cut the top off both cupcakes but make sure you keep a top as you will need it later
10	Place one cupcake into the jar
11	Place a dollop of cream cheese icing with Oreo on top of the cupcake
12	Place the second cupcake bottom onto the cream cheese icing and repeat step 12
13	You can now place the top of the cupcake
14	You are now ready to seal the jar
15	Icing Place cheese, butter and vanilla in a bowl.
16	Using an electric mixer beat until pale.
17	Gradually add icing sugar mixture.
18	Beat until combined.
