| 1 | Preheat oven to 325. Mix oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon together. Melt coconut oil in a pan. Add honey and whisk together. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Mix dry ingredients with the oil and honey mixture. Spray pans with non-stick spray and spread granola on pans. Bake for 15-20 minutes, rotating pans halfway through. |
