| 1 | Combine all dry ingredients in bowl. | 2 | Add pumpkin puree. | 3 | Stir in water and let sit for 2 minutes. | 4 | Ladle aproxximately 2.5 oz of batter on prewarmed griddle using medium heat. | 5 | Flip when center starts to appear set and slightly dry and Finish cooking through. | 6 | Serve and Garnish with Dried cranberries, Pecan pieces, aorange slice or powdered sugar. |
