cup, packedorganic raisins

cupRaw Sunflower Seed Kernels (unsalted)

cup pieces or chipswalnuts, organic, chopped

Steps
Sequence Step
1Mix oats with melted butter, coconut oil, kefir and water in a large bowl.
2Cover with a cloth and/or plate and allow to sit at cool room temperature for 24 hours.
3Preheat the oven to 200 degrees F, after the soaking time.
4Place honey, maple syrup, salt, cinnamon and vanilla in a glass measuring cup in a small pot of warm water on the stove. Bring water to a gentle summer, stirring honey mixture until honey becomes thin.
5Combine honey and oat mixtures, mixing to incorporate.
6Add nuts and seeds to mixture.
7Spread mixture out over two parchment paper-lined cookie sheets.
8Bake for 2-4 hours, until granola is dry and crisp. Turn granola halfway through cooking time.
9Mix in coconut, raisins and dried apples after cooling.
