Steps
Sequence Step
1combine flour, flaxseed, oats, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
2mix white sugar and greek yogurt until smooth and creamy
3add milk, flour mixture to yogurt mixture and stir with spoon or spatula until combined (do not use mixer for this step)
4Mix brown sugar and cinnamon together.
5pour half of batter into a greased large bread pan. Top with half the apples, slightly press into mixture, top with brown sugar mix. Pour the remaining batter over the apples, top with remaining apples and swirl the brown sugar mixture on top. I then topped with a handful of walnuts (optional)
6Bake at 350 for 40 -50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.
