cups100% Whole grain Oats rolled

cup, choppedorganic walnuts

cuppumpkin seeds, organic

cupsRaw Sunflower Seed Kernels

cupsmaple syrup
1/2
cupcanola oil
1/2
cup (8 fl oz)water
1/3
cup, unpackedbrown sugar, light
1/2
cups (not packed)raisins, seedless
1/2
cup, halvesApricots, dried, chopped
Steps
Sequence Step
1Mix together all dry ingredients.
2Whisk all wet ingredients well together.
3Combine wet into dry.
4Spread loosely onto 2 standard baking sheets that have been sprayed lightly with nonstick spray.
5Bake 45 minutes in 275 F oven; stir then return to oven for an additional 45 minutes. Be careful not to burn granola around edges and at corners.
6Let cool before storing in airtight container.
7add diced dried fruit before serving but do not mix fruit with granola being stored.
