| 1 | Mix together all dry ingredients. | 2 | Whisk all wet ingredients well together. | 3 | Combine wet into dry. | 4 | Spread loosely onto 2 standard baking sheets that have been sprayed lightly with nonstick spray. | 5 | Bake 45 minutes in 275 F oven; stir then return to oven for an additional 45 minutes. Be careful not to burn granola around edges and at corners. | 6 | Let cool before storing in airtight container. | 7 | add diced dried fruit before serving but do not mix fruit with granola being stored. |
