| 1 | Cut the filet in half.
place in bamboo steamer.
Place ginger and scallions on filet.
Place bok choy in steamer next to fish.
Steam for 6 minutes.
Portion the bok choy between two plates.
Place the fish on the bok choy.
Drizzle with soy and sesame oil. |
