cupcanola oil

clovegarlic, chopped

cup, choppedCarrots

sprigsparsley, chopped

leafbay leaf - whole (Not Crumbled)

dashblack pepper

fliud ounceswhite wine

cupstomatoes canned, diced
Steps
Sequence Step
1Dedge chicken in flour, sprinkle with 1 tsp sale and brown in canola oil until golden on all sides. Plase in covered dish in a warm place.
2Brown onion, garlic, carrot, parsley and bay leaf in remaining oil.
3Strain 4 cups of tomatoes to create 2 cups of pulp.
4Add pulp to browned vegetables in frying pan. Add 1 tsp salt and a dash of peper and bring to a boil.
5Add chicken and wine and simmer 30 minutes or until chicken is tender.
