5	large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.)	potatoes cubed
1	tablespoon	garlic minced
1	cup, chopped	Large Yellow Onion, Finely Diced
1	tablespoon	black pepper
1	tablespoon	oregano, dried
1	tablespoon	chili powder
1	tablespoon	salt
2	tablespoons	butter
1/3	cup	olive oil
1/4	cup	parsley, chopped

Steps

1	place dice potatoes in a large bowl. add: salt,black pepper,oregano,chili powder. on a hot grill add the olive oil and then the potatoes let cook intil they are golden brown in all sides.this may take about 8-10 minutes.in a large soup bowl, put 1.cup of onoin,1.table spoon of garlic and 2.table spoon of Batter place this mixture in the microwave for 1.1/2 minutes take this mixture, and add to the potatoes let cook for 3-5 minute take out the grill and garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
