Steps
Sequence Step
1Heat 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add celery, onions, bell peppers, and carrots. Saute until slightly tender.
2Stir in garlic
3Pour in broth.
4Stir in tomatoes and cabbage.
5Bring to a boil and then reduce heat.
6Cook until cabbage is tender.
7Stir in oregano, basil, cayenne pepper, black pepper
8Taste soup and adjust seasoning to your taste if needed.
