can (29 oz) (401 x 411)Tomato Puree, no salt added

cupschicken broth, low sodium, and fat free

tablespoonsOnion, dehydrated minced

tablespoongarlic dehydrated, minced

tablespooncinnamon, ground

teaspoonsdried cilantro

teaspoonsalt

tortillas, medium (approx 6" dia)flour tortilla

cup, shreddedshredded cheddar cheese

cup, shredded or choppedLettuce, iceberg
Steps
Sequence Step
1combine first 7 ingredients in a large pot and simmer on the stove over a medum heat for 10 minutes.
2put chicken in crock pot and pour sauce over top. cook on high for 4-5 hours.
3shred chicken with two forks.
4serve on flour tortillas with shredded lettuce and cheddar cheese.
