Sequence Step
1Combine 1 stick butter or margarine and 1/2 cup Coconut oil in bowl. Microwave on low until melted. Set aside to cool.
2Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line 13x9 baking pan with foil and spray with pan coating.
3In medium size bowl, Combine eggs, swerve sweetner, vanilla and melted butters until smooth.
4Add...1/2 cup unsweetned cocoa powder, 2/3 cup carbalose flour, 1/2 tsp salt and 2 tsp baking powder.Mix just until combined, do not over mix.
6Add 1/3 cup sugar free chocolate chips and mix in lightly.
7Pour mixture into foil lined pan. Sprinkle pecans over top of batter and lightly press into batter. Put in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until batter is set in the middle and starts to pull away from sides of pan.
8Take out of oven and sprinkle 1/3 cup of sugar free chocolate chips on top...when melted lightly spread over top of brownies.
9Let sit for 5 minutes then lift out of pan using foil and place on rack. Cool completely before slicing into 2 inch squares. Enjoy!
