8	ounces	penne
6	tablespoons	butter
16	tablespoons	green onion
2	tablespoons	garlic minced
1	cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped)	whipping cream
1 1/2	cups	grated parmesan-from hard, not with fillers in shaker bottle

1	boil in water
2	melt butter
3	add garlic and green onions
4	add cream and boil rapidly
5	add noodles to cream
6	add half of the cheese then add another cup of cheese and toss
