1Preheat oven to 350*F. Grease and flour a loaf pan and set aside. In a lg bowl mix all dry ingredients.
2Add apple sauce, agave, and mix well. Add banana and beat with a mixer until semi smooth.
3Fold in the egg whites (whipped until light
4Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for 45 min. or until firm to the touch. Cool for 5 min.,flip onto a cutting board and cool for 10 additional min. Slice loaf into 11 pieces
