cupsBazan - Garbanzo flour, raw

cups1 can Kidney beans(drained and rinsed)

cupsblack beans, no salt, drained and rinsed

cupsbeans, chili canned (15oz), drained

can (6 oz)tomato paste

can (28 fl oz)tomatoes canned, diced

cup28oz. can crushed tomatoes no salt added

Steps
Sequence Step
1Heat oil and vegetables with spices in large stockpot on medium high heat for about 10 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
2Add all other ingredients, and simmer, covered, for 30 minutes on medium high heat
3Stir; lower heat slightly and continue to simmer, covered, for 20-30 minutes
4Garnish with cilantro or hot sauce if desired.
