1 | chop all veggies.
slice the mushrooms |
2 | Saute mushrooms in coconut oil for 7 minutes |
3 | Add the rest of the veggies to the pan with the mushrooms
Saute for about 4 minutes or to the texture you desire. |
4 | Break the eggs into a bowl and beat the eggs with a whisk |
5 | Pour the eggs over the sauteed veggies.
Constantly stirring until the eggs are the consistency that you like. |
6 | Tip:
You can add a little Bragg''s Liquid Aminos for a little saltiness. It looks like soy sauce but has much lower sodium grams.Available at Whole Foods Market and online |
