11. In a large soup pot heat 2 TBS olive oil. Add chicken that has been cubed into small pieces. Add chili powder and cumin. Season with salt and pepper and cook. Stirring for 5 minutes or until chicken is done. Add to a large bowl. 2. In the same pot, heat the remaining 2 TBS oliveoil. Add the apples and onion that has been cubed into small pieces. Cook until softened, approx. 6 minutes; add to chicken in bowl. 3. In the same pot, melt the butter over medium-low heat. Whisk in the flou
