| 1 | Preheat oven to 400. Grease 8x12 pan.
Mix cornmeal, flour, sal, soda, powder in large bowl.
In separate bowl, beat sugar, butter, and applesauce. Mix in sour cream and eggs. Alternating wet/dry in thirds, mix in milk and dry ingredients. Mix in chiles, corn, cheese. Pour into pan. Bake 35 minutes until top is brown and toothpick comes out clean. Cool almost completely |
