cups (8 fl oz)Yogurt, plain, low fat, 12 grams protein per 8 oun

cup, unthawedStrawberries, frozen, unsweetened

cupmilk, 1% with added vitamin A

medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)bananas
Steps
Sequence Step
1Combine all ingredients except milk in blender. Pulse for 1 minute (approx.). Add milk while continuing to pulse. Divide into 2 glasses.
2Any combination of frozen fruit can be used. Some are Strawberry/Banana, Blueberry/Cantalope, Blueberry/Peach. Experiment and come up with some of your own. LET US KNOW.
