Steps
Sequence Step
1Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees. Boil frozen chopped broccoli accordingly until broccoli is cooked all the way through. Drain water from broccoli afterwards. Chop a half of a white onion. Add cooked broccoli, shredded cheese, cream of celery soup, mayonnaise, and two eggs. Fold together to combine. Take your 2 packets of Ritz crackers and place them in a plastic bag with a seal. Crush the crackers into a "bread crumb" constancy. Put crumbs into a separate bowl. Add 1 stick of softened butter to bread crumbs and mix. Line casserole container with cooking spray or butter to prevent sticking. Add broccoli mixture. Top with Ritz cracker topping. Cook in the oven from 20-30min or until top bread crumb mixture is golden brown.
