Healthier General Tso's Chicken

1For sauce: Mix together water
2Whisk together egg whites, cornstarch,salt
3Cook Chicken: Heat skillet over medium-high heat. Add a small amt. of oi. Add half of chicken to pan, dripping off excess coating. Cook, stirring occasionally until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from pan, add more oil if necessary
4Add sauce to skillet
5Serve with rice
