| 1 | brown ground beef, drain. | 2 | Add water and taco seasoning mix. Stir to mix well. | 3 | cook untill most of liquid is gone, | 4 | Add salsa, refried beans. | 5 | Mix well and add half of the cheese. | 6 | Spray pam on casserole dish, line with flour tortilla shells cut in half. | 7 | spoon beef toco mix on top of tortilla lined dish.
bake @ 375 degree for 20 minutes | 8 | cover top of casserole with tortilla chips and remaining cheese. return to oven. bake for 10 minutes. |
