Steps
Sequence Step
1Separate yolks from eggs and leave egg whites in bowl, dispose of yolks
2Whisk eggs whites for 30 seconds
3Spray frying pan with non stick cooking spray
4Mince onions and spinach
5Cut tomato into small cubes
6Turn heat on medium (6-7)and pour egg whites into frying pan
7Add onions, spinach, and tomato cubes to egg whites in pan
8When egg starts to bubble in the pan, fold the egg in half and continue cooking for 2 minutes
9Flip over to other side and continue cooking on the other side for an additional 2 minutes
10Turn off heat and remove pan from heat source
11Toast a slice of multigrain bread
12Cut bread into half
13Cut omlette into pie shape slices and place on the slices of the toast and serve
14Sprinkle pepper on the tops if desired
