tablespoonsMargarine, Earth Balance, non hydrogenated

cup, unsiftedPowdered Sugar

cupSplenda

teaspoonVanilla extract, imitation, no alcohol
Steps
Sequence Step
1In medium bowl put cream cheese
2Blend together by hand or by mixer and add vanilla.
3Add powdered sugar a small amount at a time. Mix in Splenda. Mix well.
4Spread frosting out on cooled 9x9 cake. Sprinkle nuts or other toppings if desired.
