Steps
Sequence Step
1Mix seasonings, tomatoe sauce and sauteed garlic/onion in a saucepan and cook 1 hr. Brown meat. Layer when finished cooking: Bottom layer: sauce, noodles, sauce, meat, 3 cheeses, 2nd layer: noodles, sauce, meat, 3 cheeses, Top layer: noodles sauce and parmesan on top. Bake in oven 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
