| 1 | Peel and chop onion | 2 | Cut carrot into slices | 3 | Peel potatoes and cut into cubes | 4 | Wash chicken and cut into cubes | 5 | Turn stove on high heat and bring 10 cups of water to a boil and add pasta when at a boil, reduce heat to medium and cook till pasta is puffed up and soft (approx 5-7 mins) | 6 | Drain pasta and rinse with warm water allow to drain | 7 | On high heat boil about another 8 cups of water with chicken and onion added into cook with water | 8 | when water gets to a boil add in carrots and potatoes and reduce heat to medium, allow to cook on medium continuing to stir for another 10-15 minutes. | 9 | While cooking add in oregano, basil, thyme,bouillon cubes and pepper. | 10 | When soup is almost finished add pasta into soup | 11 | Taste and add a little more of the herbs if needed for flavour |
