cupFresh Parsley

cup (8 fl oz)chicken broth
1/4
fluid ouncewhite wine dry

tablespoonolive oil

clovesgarlic minced

tablespoonred bell pepper, finely chopped
Steps
Sequence Step
1Combine parsley, chicken broth, wine, oil, garlic and crushed pepper. Set aside.
2Rinse and dry fish then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
3Place in a 13x9inches pan and pour combined mixture evenly over the fish.
4Bake for 8-12 minutes in a 450F oven, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
