| 1 | Brown ground beef, drain, and add the two packets of taco seasoning and 1 cup of water - simmer 10 minutes | 2 | Mix the chili powder into the sour cream | 3 | Layer half of the flour tortillas in a large greased casserole dish | 4 | spread 1 cup of salsa over the tortillas | 5 | spread half of the beef mixture over salsa and sprinkle half of the green onions over all | 6 | spread half of the sour cream over all and then top with 2 cups of shredded cheese | 7 | repeat | 8 | Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes |
