tablespoonscoconut oil, melted
Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 375.
2Place the chicken breasts in a large baking dish, add the dry spices and mix well. Add the melted coconut oil, garlic and tomatoes. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
3Once 20 minutes are up remove the foil and bake another 15 minutes to get the chicken crispy. Let sit for 5-7 minutes and then serve.
