Steps
Sequence Step
1In a blender, blend tomatoes, vinegar, garlic, ginger, tomato paste and spices until it forms a paste.
2Heat oil in heavy large pot over medium-low heat. Add the past and cook for 3 minutes, stirring continuously.
3Add chicken, onions and potatoes to the pan and sauté for 10 minutes.
4Add in the broth and bring to a simmer. Cover for 15 minutes.
5Take off the cover and let simmer for another 5 minutes to reduce down. Add salt and pepper to adjust seasoning.
