| 1 | Sear chicken in strips in 1 T EEOV. reserve to lg bowl. Sear veggies in batches w remaining eeov. combine all w/ Soy sauce and asian thai chili sauce to taste. Cook over med stirring occasionally until thoroughly heated and combined. Serve with rice, noodles, lettuce leaves, or alone. Freezes well. |
