teaspoonvegetable oil spray

medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia)red bell peppers strips

medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia)green peppers, thinly sliced

medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia)yellow bell pepper, seeded and sliced thin

cupsRice, white, long-grain
Steps
Sequence Step
1Partially freeze steak; trim fat from steakj. Slice steak diagonally across grain into 1/4-inch strips.
2Combine soy sauce and next 3 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well, and set aside.
3Coat a wok or nonstick skillet with cooking spray; drizzle oil around top of wok coating all sides
4Heat at medium-high (375 degrees) until hot.
5Add steak stir-fry 2 minutes. Add peppers; stir-fry 4 minutes or until steak is browned. Add reserved cornstarch mixture to steak mixture. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
6Serve over Rice
