Steps
Sequence Step
1Cook onion, garlic, and green pepper in a nonstick skillet with some oil.
2Add in carrot, rutabaga and water and let it cook with cover for 2 minutes.
3Then, transfer to a deep 9-inch pie plate and cook the ground turkey in the skillet until it is no longer pink.
4Mix into the pie plate when done along with the salsa, paprika, and oregano. Season to taste with salt
5For the topping, mix the cooked squash, eggs, and milk until smooth. Then, stir in flour, baking powder, and salt.
6Spread topping over the meat and vegetable mixture with a knife and bake at 400°F in a oven for 20-25 minutes until topping is puffed
