cupgrated parmesan

cupsricotta cheese

cups, shredded2% italian cheese blend

tablespoonsoregano, dried

tablespoonsbasil, dried

tablespoonskosher salt

Steps
Sequence Step
1Saute onions in olive oil
2Add Garlic
3add red wine
4add crushed tomatoes
5add salt, pepper, basil, oregano
6simmer 1 hour
7slice squash thinly lengthwise, place on cookie sheet, drizzle with olive oil salt and pepper then roast to drive off some moisture
8mix ricotta, egg, parmesan, salt, pepper, basil
9Brown turkey and pork seasoning with salt, pepper and basil
10layer as you would regular lasagna using squash instead on noodles.
11cover with foil and bake at 350 for 45 minutes. remove foil for 30 minutes until browned
