| 1 | In large covered skillet, sauté garlic in olive oil until golden, Add the oregano and sauté for additional minute. | 2 | Next add the tomatoes, wine, salt | 3 | In separate fry pay, add a touch of olive oil, once this is hot, add shrimp and cook for 1 min on each side - keep heat high as you want the shrimp to have golden colour.
