| 1 | Prepare ingredients by washing and cutting all vegetables. | 3 | Cut the cooked up chicken into bite size pieces. | 4 | In a seperate pan, fry the rest of the onion, minced garlic, and pepper in some vegetable oil on medium-high heat. | 5 | Put the rice into the pan with the chicken broth from boiling the chicken earlier and add a bit more water to cook the rice. | 6 | Add in the mixed vegetables into the pan when rice is almost done and add salt, black pepper, and soy sauce to taste. | 7 | Turn of the heat when everything in pan is cooked and tender. |
