| 1 | Combine flour, salt, yeast, and water to make a dough. Set it aside for later use. | 2 | Boil the chicken broth in a big pot and add in the rice, vegetables, spices, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Let it boil together on medium high for 50-60 min. | 3 | Start cooking the filling by heating some oil in a pan and add in the garlic, onions, ground beef, and season with some salt, black pepper, and spices. | 4 | After beef filling is cooked, turn off the heat and add in the cilantro amd mix well. | 5 | Now, start kneading the dough for the samosas. Using a pasta maker, roll out dough thinly and make multiple sheets brushed with oil in between each layer. | 6 | Cut these sheets of dough into about 8cm by 8cm squares. Fill these squares with come filling with a spoon and fold into a triangle by pinching the edges together. | 7 | After all samosas are made, prepare to fry them in some hot oil for 2-3 min until they are just golden brown. | 8 | Serve samosas with the hot soup. |
