Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Set aside.
3In a large bowl, mash bananas. Add sugar, mix. Add coconut oil and the egg, and mix.
4Add dry ingredients to the wet, mix just until wet. Add chocolate chips and mix to evenly distribute.
5Spoon into cupcake tins lined with cupcake liners. Fill about 3/4 full.
6Bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 min. muffins will puff up and start to brown.
7Let cool about 10 min, if you like them warm. If not allow to cool completely before devouring.
