tablespoonsOil, vegetable, sunflower, linoleic (less than 60%)
Steps
Sequence Step
1Stir-fry beef, finely chop green onions and garlic in vegetable oil until half done. Add ginger and fermented black beans, chilies, soy sauce and 1 teaspoon hot bean paste (not availale in our food directory). Stir-fry for 1.5 minunute then add the remaining sauce ingredients (except the cornstarch). Slide the cubed tofu and simmer for 5 minutes over gentle heat. Mix the cornstarch with water and stir in the pot. For more flavor sprinkle red chili pepper (flakes) and some Sichuan pepper.
