| 1 | heat oven to 375 | 2 | cook veggies in boiling water for 3 minutes, place in sprayed 9x13 baking pan | 3 | brown ground chicken then mix with veggies | 4 | whisk mayo, flour, garlic powder together and warm in heated sauce pan slowly mixing in the milk until sauce thickens
