2

1/4
cup, pieces or slicesraw sliced mushrooms
1/2
cupVinegar, apple cider
Steps
Sequence Step
1butterfly 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts and season each side with garlic powder, Mrs. Dash (or spice of choice), salt, and pepper.
2Place mushroom slices down on a cabbage leaf leaf, then chicken on top, sprinkle diced onions and more mushrooms, then top with another cabbage leaf.
3Cut a piece of string or twine about 2-3ft long. Lay string out, and place food on top of the string. Carefully fold the cabbage around the contents, as if you''re making a burrito, and use the twine to tie in up like a present. Place wraps into steamer basket.
4In a pan, add 1 1/2 cups of water, and 1/2 cup of cider vinegar. Add a tablespoon or more of Mrs. Dash (or spice of choice). Bring to boil. Lower heat and place steamer with chicken over into the pan. Cover. Cook 15 minutes.
