Steps
Sequence Step
1In a large pot, cook the brown rice according to rice package directions.
2Add canola oil to a large saute pan on medium heat. Cook onions and garlic until onions are translucent. Add carrots and red pepper. Cook until all chopped vegetables are soft.
3Add in the 1/2 lb of ground turkey, cook until no pink is visible. When finished, add cooked rice and mix all ingredients together. Heat through for a couple of minutes.
4In a small pan, fry two eggs over hard. Chop them up very small when they''''re finished, and add to the rice mixture. Drizzle soy sauce over entire pan, then stir. Sprinkle ground ginger over pan and add splashes of rice vinegar. Stir well. Let all ingredients heat for another minute or two before serving.
