cupcoconut flakes, unsweetened, shredded

cup (8 fl oz)Agave nectar, organic

cupOld-fashioned Oats

cupOrganic or natural peanut butter

cupchocolate chips, semi sweet, mini

tablespoonscinnamon chips, hershey

teaspooncinnamon, ground
Steps
Sequence Step
1Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Blend all ingredients (except for cinnamon and white chocolate chips) in a food processor until it creates a dough-like mixture. 3. Mix in chocolate and cinnamon chips. 4. On a greased cookie sheet, place a spoonful of cookie dough. 5. Bake for 15 minutes. *Optional: use white or dark chocolate chips in place of the semi-sweet chips and you can use almond butter in place of the peanut butter.
