cup (8 fl oz)raw Agave syrup

teaspoonbaking soda

cup (8 fl oz)yogurt, organic, plain, non-dairy

largeeggs, beaten

cupcorn, canned, drained or frozen, thawed and draine

tablespoonsGreen chiles, 4 oz canned chopped with liquid (16 tbls = 4 cans)
Steps
Sequence Step
1Directions Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. In a medium mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients. Stir in yogurt and eggs. If using stir in corn and jalapeno peppers. Pour into 8 inch square pan sprayed with cooking spray (or use a cast iron skillet). Bake for approximately 20 minutes. Best served warm.
