6	large	eggs
0.5	cups	coconut oil, melted
1	teaspoon	Pure vanilla extract
0.25	cups	Maple Syrup, Mohawk Valley Trading Company
0.5	cups	coconut flour
0.5	teaspoons	sea salt
0.25	teaspoons	baking soda, gluten free
1	teaspoon	cinnamon, ground, organic
1	teaspoon	ginger, ground
0.5	teaspoons	cloves, ground
3	cups grated	carrot, grated
0.5	cups, packed	organic raisins
0.25	cups	butter, softened
0.25	cups	organic coconut oil
0.25	teaspoons	fresh ginger, grated
1	tablespoon	orange zest
1	tablespoon	100% Organic Finely Shredded Coconut
1	tablespoon	Maple Syrup, Mohawk Valley Trading Company

Steps

1	Whisk all wet together
2	Sift in coconut flour, sea salt, baking soda and spices
3	Next add the carrots and raisins and combine together
4	In a muffin tin, scoop .25 cups batter into each lined muffin container and bake for 35-40 minutes.
5	combine all frosting ingredients until smooth. Allow muffins to cool slightly before frosting
