| 1 | Combine oats, agave, almond flour, coconut milk and whey powder in a blender or smoothie maker. | 2 | Add hot water to blender. | 3 | Add coconut oil to blender. | 4 | Process on high for one minute or longer, until beverage is frothy and smooth. Pour into to-go bottle and refrigerate until mealtime. | 5 | (Mixture may settle.) Shake vigorously before drinking. |
