scoopWhey Protein Supplement Vanilla, Designer

tablespoonscoconut milk, canned, full fat

tablespoonAlmond Flour/ground, Trader Joe's
1
tablespoonorganic coconut oil
2
cups (8 fl oz)water, hot
Steps
Sequence Step
1Combine oats, agave, almond flour, coconut milk and whey powder in a blender or smoothie maker.
2Add hot water to blender.
3Add coconut oil to blender.
4Process on high for one minute or longer, until beverage is frothy and smooth. Pour into to-go bottle and refrigerate until mealtime.
5(Mixture may settle.) Shake vigorously before drinking.
