Recipe Description I recommend this low carb cake for diabetics and those seeking to lose weight. Use Stevia instead of Splenda. Stevia is natural.

cupsplenda no-calorie sweetener

Steps
Sequence Step
1Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl
2Mix all wet ingredients together in another bowl.
3Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients Mix until completely blended.
4Line the cupcakes pan with cupcake baking cups. Pour in the batter 3/4 full. Bake for 30 minutes. Test to see if the cupcake is done by poking in a toothpick. If the toothpick is dry the cupcakes are done. If the toothpick is wet cook just a few more minutes.
