48	ounces	cream cheese
9	large	eggs
1	tablespoon	Lemon zest
1	tablespoon	vanilla extract
2 3/4	cups unpacked	brown sugar
1 1/4	cups	sour cream
2 1/2	cups	wheat flour, wholewheat
1	cup	butter

1	make the crust with flour, sugar, egg yolk and butter, bake at 400 degrees till just brown, cool. make the cheese cake filling, bake 400 for 10 min then lower temperature till cakes are set, cool, top with sweetened sour cream and bake 350 degrees for 10 min, cool and enjoy
